Orders & Shipping
How can I place an order at NovaSkin?
Go to the product you want to order in the webshop, select the desired quantity and add it to your shopping cart. When you're ready, complete your order via the shopping cart.
Please note: you need an approved account to place an order.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code to follow your delivery.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via PostNL.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
In principle, a placed order can no longer be modified or cancelled. Are you having doubts or do you want to change something? Please contact us as soon as possible via email, and we'll see what's still possible.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, after your order you'll automatically receive an invoice by email.

Which products do you sell?
We offer a carefully selected range of premium skincare products, including cleansers, serums, moisturizers and masks. We work with brands such as O Cosmedics and Me-Line.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin. We clearly state the ingredients and intended skin type for each product. Not sure? Feel free to contact us for personal advice.
Can I use products without a treatment at NovaSkin?
Yes, you can. You can also purchase our products separately via the webshop, provided you have an approved account. We're happy to advise which products best suit your skin.
Treatments
Which skin treatments do you offer?
We offer various professional skin treatments, from relaxing facial treatments to advanced anti-aging treatments. For a complete overview, please visit our pricing page.
How do I book an appointment for a treatment?
You can easily book an appointment online via the booking widget on the pricing page. Select the desired treatment, choose a date and time, and fill in your contact details.
Do I need an intake before booking a treatment?
For some treatments, an intake or (phone) consultation is advisable. This way we can assess which treatment best suits your skin and wishes. If in doubt, we always recommend contacting us first or scheduling a call.
Can I cancel or reschedule a treatment?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you reschedule within 48 hours, we charge 50% of the treatment costs. In case of no-show, 100% of the treatment costs will be charged.
Are the treatments suitable for men and women?
Yes, our treatments and products are suitable for both men and women. Each treatment is tailored to individual skin needs.
Results & Expectations
How quickly will I see results from a treatment?
This varies per treatment and per skin type. Some treatments give immediate results, while others have a cumulative effect and require multiple sessions. During an intake, we always give honest and realistic advice.
Are multiple treatments necessary?
For many skin-improving treatments, repetition is necessary for optimal and long-lasting results. We always discuss this in advance.
Hygiene & Safety
Do you follow hygiene and safety guidelines?
Yes, hygiene and safety are very important to us. We work according to professional guidelines and with high-quality, safe products, in accordance with ANBOS and NVH guidelines.
What if I'm pregnant or have medical conditions?
Are you pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or do you have medical conditions? Always let us know in advance. Not all treatments are suitable in these cases.
Account & Privacy
How do I create an account?
Click on Account in the menu and choose Register. Fill in your details and activate your account via the verification email you receive.
How is my data protected?
We handle your personal data carefully and confidentially. All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent. More information can be found in our privacy policy.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, it's possible to purchase a gift card. This can be freely spent on treatments and products. Contact us for the options.
